Best veterinary clinic ever! From puppy to an aging dog, they are the best at diagnosing, treating, and loving my sweet pups!! With Dr.James, it’s always “How are WE doing?” He knows my pup is my family.
This is such an amazing place. Words can not explain the professionalism and gratitude I have for them. The staff is so friendly, caring, and helpful. Dr. Kelsey is knowledable and considerate for her patients. She gives you all the information you need and has taken just great care of my baby. Im a client od theirs permanently now. I will not take my pets anywhere else.
The doctor was knowledgeable and great with the dogs and the staff was nice enough. My only real problem was that our appointment was at 4:45 and we didn't see the doctor until 5:28. That simply isn't right. I will say they were able to squeeze us in the day before. And maybe that's the problem. Maybe they let too many people squeeze into the appointment schedule. If they clear up this problem, or really just recognize and apologize for the wait, then I'd happily recommend this clinic.
Our dog “Diesel” became ill and they saw him right away. Very compassionate staff and even though we had to put our boy down they were just amazing people from beginning to end. I will recommend them to everyone!!! Thank u for making sure our boy didn’t suffer any longer. ❤️
This clinic is everything. From the doctors to the staff, everyone there is extremely professional and eager to help no matter the situation. They always take the time to listen and I have never had an issue with getting my animals into the clinic when needed. This has not always been my experience with other local clinics. I’m so thankful that we made the switch.
Today I had to say goodbye to my beloved Labrador. NTVC was extremely professional and caring, as if my dog was part of their family. Strongly recommend this place. Huge thank you to Dr. Gray and her awesome coworkers for everything.
We’ve tried several other clinics in the area and Dr James is hands down the best. He listens to your concerns and doesn’t push unnecessary treatments. He’s reasonably priced and great with the animals. Combine that with a fabulous staff and it’s a winning combo!
Any vet that keeps their cool while assisting with my cat, Prince Charming, gets 5 stars from me!! ���
