Very disappointed with my experience at this GI office. I paid $300 expecting to see a doctor but was seen by a nurse practitioner. I clearly explained that I have POTS and wanted colonoscopy options that did NOT involve general anesthesia, and I was assured it would be fine to proceed. I even agreed in writing to pay $1,700 out of pocket for the procedure. Dr Quan is a very good doctor, His staffs are very nice . The office is kept very clean even though with staff shortage due to COVID.
