My daughter was seen at an after hours clinic one evening for extreme stomach pain, we went to North Texas Surgery the next morning for a suspected gall bladder attack. What a godsend everyone in the practice was--Leslie worked us in for a same day appointment with the exceptional Dr Stone. Waiting for her scheduled surgery wasn't possible, and again, a concerned Dr Stone worked her in for surgery that next morning. I am so grateful for the efficiency, care and professionalism of everyone in this practice.

I had scheduled an appointment a month an advance, (I even confirmed everything was inlace a week before the appointment) they called me the day before the appointment to tell me my insurance was out of network and I could just pay out of pocket a total "bait and switch" very unprofessional administration.
I called this place too set up a appointment automatically the girl who answered had a attitude her her tone. I told her what I wanted too see one of the surgeons for she basically said none had no afternoon appt only the female doctor and it wasn't a guarantee she could operate on me. I said too her whats the point of me going then? She hung up on me. Poor customer service whoever her boss is please reevaluate how your front desk girls approach your patients or new patients 00000 stars too this buisness
