I cannot recommend Dr. Trimmer and Dr. Rodriguez enough; they are both phenomenal doctors. Their commitment to ensuring patients are informed and comfortable shows in their detailed explanations. Kera (who generally works with Dr. Trimmer) is absolutely wonderful – her consistently great mood and willingness to go above and beyond during sonograms truly makes me feel cared for. She's awesome!! Across all my pregnancies, this office has provided consistent, high-quality care, and the entire staff deserves praise.
Got referred here by my OB for a sonogram & had an overall good experience! Front office staff was very nice, always answered my calls. Finding parking on busy days were the only bad thing but you can always valet your car. I would call them that I was down stairs waiting in line for valet to take my car and no problem. I had a great experience here. My doctor referred me for a level 2 sonogram when I had an abnormal NIPT scan. As you can imagine my mind was filled with worry. They were able to get me an appointment the very next day to put my mind at ease. The staff and doctors were lovely and took their time to explain things to me.
First of all if I could put less than 1 star I would. I hope this post helps someone else. This is a "pregnancy sono" place, but they don't allow kids. The employees at the front are ridiculous and the manager was non apologetic about not telling us this before I drove an hour to see my high risk child. They are honestly neglectful and disrespectful and kicked my well behaved daughter and myself out. Not sure how the experience was for my wife as you can see.
