Was incorrectly billed, payed on balance monthly. Made my payment this month, received a random letter stating that I was being sent to collections. Called and called, numerous rude answers. Was finally told by “Terrerro” Reimbursement specialist that there was nothing I could do, as of tomorrow if I did not pay $700 I was being sent to collections.
