Friendly staff and great doctors! Made may daughter feel very safe for her root canal.
Dr. Joel Small and team are fantastic! The entire staff is compassionate and caring and go out of their way to make you feel more comfortable and relaxed, even when you are dealing with tooth pain. When at my last regular dental cleaning, my dentist recommended an endodontist to see what was going on with an old root canal. There was no way that I was going to see anyone else than Dr. Small and his team. In my book, they are the best and I highly recommend them for your dental needs. There can't possibly be anyone better!
Love this staff and Dr. Witherspoon! My 17-year old was expecting a root canal but Dr. limited it to a lesser costing ordeal! Now how often does that happen? He took alot of time to explain all and ultimately was looking out for the best option for the patient - not for his pocketbook. Paying cash even offers a 5% discount - can't beat that! Super great service and expertise!
Yesterday I had a root canal by Dr. Small. I had been so anxious since I had a bad experience many years ago. Dr. Small and his staff are fantastic. He took time to fully explain the procedure and my options. I had light sedation and can honestly say I didn't feel a thing. I was very relaxed. His assistants Keri ad Dee Dee along with the office staff were also very caring and friendly. After yesterday's experience, I no longer will fear a root canal.
The doctors are excellent practitioners and caring. The entire staff is friendly and will go out of their way to make your visit as pleasant as possible. Highly recommend them.
From the time you enter the office your greeted with a smile and truly caring staff awaits you. Being this was my 1st root canal and honestly had no idea what to expect, his assistant Carol was very great at explaining what to expect and took great care in making sure I was comfortable the entire time. Been to NTEA three times. Excellent service each time.
My experience at North Texas Endodontic Associates was excellent. Both Cara and Dr. Witherspoon did a terrific job making me feel comfortable. I was to leave within a week on a trip out of the country. They gave me the name of an endodontist to call should problems arise----though they felt sure nothing would come up. Just finished today with the final filling, and am feeling fine.
