Like some other posts I read..... I had the most pleasant root canal I've ever had thanks to NTEA.... ( Can't believe I just said that ) Dr Tam was the smoothest and most courteous Endodontist I've ever met, I'll not go elsewhere in the future. Additionally DeDe and Cara were a pleasure to deal with. Last but not least, the only 2 ladies I met at the front desk were Christine and ReDonna, couldn't ask for better patient service... Thanks Guy's Jim McMahon
My experience with Dr Witherspoon, Julliett and all the staff could not have been better. I was at all times comfortable and informed. I would recommend them without any hesitation.
I saw Dr. Witherspoon for a root canal over a year ago and just recently returned for the follow-up appointment. A great experience from start to finish: and we are talking about a root canal here! Great office staff - they put me at ease right away. I was dreading just being numbed up - but Dr. Witherspoon is great - I hardly felt it. I have used them on two occasions, both times had excellent care and the staff is very helpful.
Everyone at NTEA was friendly and warm. Dr. Small and his staff were concerned about my comfort and the understanding of the process. I am not a fan of dentistry in general -horrible childhood experiences still linger. And not that I want another root canal any time soon, but this verged on being a pleasurable experience! I have already been telling friends - If you HAVE to have a root canal, Dr. Small and NTEA is THE doctor and place!
My first root canal and hopefully my last but if I had to go through this again, I wouldn't hesitate to go to Dr Witherspoon and the staff at North Texas Endodontics. They put me at ease and explained everything carefully until I understood how the process would go. Great experience. Recommend them highly.
