The receptionist was very rude. She did not greet well nor did she even have eye contact with us. And her phone conversation with other clients calling was very rude. She keep an attitude Unprofessional
We love Dr Kelly and his entire staff of caring nurses. Dr Kelly truly loves what he does and you can tell it with the care he gives each patient!
They take good care of you from the minute you walk in the door. Dr. Avera and staff are concerned about your problems and take time to check on all your eye problems.
My appointment was scheduled for 4:00pm. Was not called back to exam room until 5:00 pm. Was only there to check the pressure in my eyes. Didn't leave until 6:00 pm. No explication from anyone why they were running late. An explanation would have been appreciated as well as the option to reschedule instead of saying nothing and taking 2 hours.
