The first visit experience was a very positive experience
Doctor, nurses n all staff are helpful n caring.
They are fast, easy to talk with. I had no issues. Check in was simple. A resident came in just to verify a few things. I think it was because Dr. Butt was running a little behind reading up on my case. Them just doing that showed me they care.
I am extremely grateful to Dr. Butt for his assistance in healing my sinus tract. He was extremely patient, and the tract finally healed a few months after the second surgery. To calm my apprehension he reassured me that although the issue was persistent, it was very minor and surgery would be a breeze.
