I give it 5 stars. But I don't like how fast the try to send you back to work. It takes time after been cut On.
Just had a less than satisfying experience trying to book an appointment as a first time patient. First time I called was put on hold for four minutes. Hung up and called back, put on hold for three minutes. Someone answered and told me Trish would pick right up and schedule the appointment. Well, I waited another five minutes (total wait time eight minutes literally) and finally hung up. Clearly this office is too busy and not of need of new patients.
Great place! Everyone is friendly and patients are taken care of like they are family!
Dr Holcombe is very good but some of her staff needs improvement. I've had two times where I have been overcharged for services. It always takes a long time for a refund.
Dr. Holcombe and her staff are the very best. She saved my wife's foot after a toenail trimming by another podiatrist in another city was botched and my wife spent 21 days in the hospital. She also cured my plantar fasciitis with two treatments. I am very pleased with everything they have done for us and would recommend them to anyone.
Dr. Holcombe is a great doctor, I have had a number of surgery's she has preformed and hve had very good results. The arthritis keeps eating the joints up and she keeps me walking. A very great Doctor and very fine person that cares.
