Never could get an appointment. My Primary care referred me faxed it to her office. I called for two weeks and never once did a person answer phone. I left several messages on her office voicemail. No call back. Shame on her and her staff
I find Dr. Dhawan very pleasant and knowledgeable. I'm not sure what doctors office the negative people were visiting but they were not at Dr. Dhawan. The office personnel is very pleasant and efficient. The people giving negative views must be form competitors or just having a bad day. If you are thinking about seeing Dr. Dhawan, go ahead, you will not regret she is great. She is well qualified .
The front office was an experiment in training from the receptionist to the intake . It took forever to get to see the doctor. I was in serious trouble and desperately needed to talk to the doctor. I told them I would gladly fill in the blanks but they persisted in the process.
Doctor is more concerned about next visit instead of doing an exam for the current visit
STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR.she is only interested in money, no passion, no integrity.Once I run out of medication (insulin) the doctor refused to call pharmacy for refill unless I go see her after the weekend to get paid before the refill.This doctor charged me $ 25.00 to sign third party patient assistance program application and the staff did not even order the medications correctly as a result I lost my assistance.The staff is extremely rude .BAD DOCTOR,BAD OFFICE MANGER (HER HUSBAND) ,STAFF.
Dr Dhawan is very straight forward. I began seeing her 2 years ago for hyperthyroidism and was able to take medication for one year. I liked the choices she gave me for treatment. After reading other reviews, I wasn't sure I wanted to go to her. I am glad that I did, I like her!

She is very thorough, she explained everything in detail and she has a wonderful bedside manner. She put my mind at ease. The staff was wonderful and worked with me. I highly recommend this doctor.
She is a decent enough physician but honestly I always feel like I am cattle being rushed in and out of her office. It is not always the best experience going there because the front office staff is absolutely and completely horrendous and rude. I cringe every time I have to look at one of their salty faces. They literally look like there sniffing dog poop every time you walk in there. There are much better Endocrinologist out there and trust me when I tell you I will find one besides this one.
