Dr. Ko is amazing. She listens and really tires to find the root cause of issues.
Dr Leo Jeng is amazing. We have visited here 4 times. Each time is an additional learning experience. He takes the time to explain thoroughly, and is even confident enough to say we may need to see another dr (probably a UT dr), which impresses me. Typically we find Dr's so full of themselves they think they can walk on water. I love him, his attitude, and his bedside manner. Definitely see Leo Jeng for your endocrine issues.
Staff and Dr. Jeng were kind, efficient and very easy to talk to. Dr. Jeng listened and provided suggestions and guidance on my pre-diabetes. This was also the only practice I found accepting patients with pre-diabetes!
I want to give a 5 star review of Jesus, one of the front office staff. He is extremely professional and helpful. He brought to my attention that we had a balance from 2023, which I had never been made aware of. He had highlighted and shared with me the insurance status and what we are responsible to pay. I feel like this office has upgraded the support staff and I feel very confident that this former lack of communication will not happen again.
