My regularly scheduled cleanings typically used to take about 25-30 minutes. This included xrays, cleaning and dentist. It was one hour from my scheduled appointment time when my xrays and cleaning were complete and I was ready to see the dentist. I didn't have to wait to be seated, but I did wait a lot between seeing each person during the appointment.
I liked Teresa for my cleaning. Julie is always great. Sorry I missed Dr Hillstrom due to a travel problem

At the end of my teeth cleaning, I discussed with Dr.Hillstrom a recommendation concerning the mint favored polish.
My hygienist was wonderful! She explained everything to me step by step.
Love your new-ish receptionist/front/end desk. Do not remember their names but super nice and not at all passive aggressive like a lot of doctor/dental offices. Very VERY VERY good hygienist-Tammy is the BOMB!!!! If she ever tries to leave pay her more money!!! She is THE BEST!!!
Everyone is SO nice! When I first came to this office in April 2015, I explained that I needed to be on a perio maintenance program. In 2 visits, they did regular cleanings. When I asked why, I was told my numbers were good. When I went back the 3rd time, I was told my numbers were bad, and I needed periodontal treatment (which is what I asked for in the beginning). I still don't understand why the perio cleanings were not done. No one called me back. Now I'm searching for another dental office :-(

Tammy did a wonderful job during my visit. She is a sweetheart as she does her job making sure every thing is going OK with you and if she is doing her job without hurting you.
I'm yet to find a more friendly, competent, or genuinely caring practice - dental or otherwise. I will continue to come here and refer all friends and family.
