Courtney and her team were instrumental in saving my life. Without her, I wouldn't be here. She taught me that I can overcome whatever life throws at me and I do have value. She and her associates gave me a toolbox full of ways to cope and cope ahead. By allowing me to just talk and giving me guidance while pushing me out of my comfort zone, Courtney helped me heal life long wounds and scars.
I worked specifically with Courtney Hicks. She is great at her job. She will push you out of your comfort zone and test your limits, but all for your betterment. Anyone familiar with DBT will know that this is NOT conventional psychotherapy. Her sessions are about learning skills and changing thought patterns for a better life. After 6 mos, I can say that I am much happier and healthier now. Definitely recommend!
