From my first visit, I have witnessed the staff from the first person you meet as you walk in, all the way to the anesthesiologist be extremely rude and confrontational not only to me but other people as I sit in the waiting room. After this follow up from my injection procedure, i’m more than likely will not come back to this office. I would hope soon that the staff learns people skills and bedside manners.
Rude as hell to my mother and made her wait two hour while they pull in other people that had later appointments
