Their diesel tech broke our car and they are forcing us to pay for his mistakes. No one has been helpful. No one was shown good customer service. They have had his car for over a month now for a job that should have been 4 hours and we have to foot the bill for their techs mistakes. Terrible.

So my friend was given a new chevy awhile back ago and I know this was like 5 months ago but they dropped his car off the car lift and didn't fix the paint, add the 9 nuts they left off of his car or the dings on the bumpers.
