I have been trying to call the office to make an appointment for a week. I am on the phone right now, again, and I'm #41 in the queue. If I press 1 to get a callback instead of waiting on hold, the system hangs up on me.
Dr Restrepo and staff were amazing. She is an intelligent Doctor and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a cardiologist.

Dr. Weinstein is my doctor and I had a very good experience with him getting me testing BUT...NO ONE has bothered to call in my prescription for weeks now. I have probably dialed and got no one at least 25-30 times and can NEVER speak with a human being--the one time I got through the person I spoke with said they were very sorry and it was going to be called in--that was a week ago. Then I get a survey and left unhappy comments and I get an "I'm sorry" email and that someone was going to reach out to me to fix this problem.... read more
