Every doctor, nurse and member of the staff here is kind and thorough and great with kids. They have sick visit hours every day of the week. Visits don’t feel rushed. They answer all my questions and never make me feel ridiculous for asking them. You can speak to a nurse or doctor at any hour of the day or night if needed. They don’t do unnecessary testing (no extra charges). This place is the best.
The doctors I've encountered are great, the answering service is terrible. They all seem like they hate their job. Everytime I call they act like I'm inconveniencing them.
Great experiences there - never an issue getting an appt. The MDs are all very thorough and are usually able to give us the correct diagnosis for whenever our kids are sick. Highly recommend the facility!
1 stars for online operator who are very rude answering the phone call. Can you imagine if you kids were suffering for illness and you had no clue. 5 stars for Dr. Messing who is nice and answered all questions and concerns. The staffs in the clinic are friendly but to schedule appointment with them is the rudest. You will able to get appointment in the couple months.
