Our kids have been patients of North Suburban Pediatrics for 19+ years and we have been happy with the services received, until our doctor retired and we were handed over to Dr. Kelli Hatter. During the annual checkup covered by our PPO insurance, Dr. Hatter refused a blood test that has been done by the practice for years and she submitted 3 bills to the insurance company: one for Teen wellness exam, one of Doctor's visit and one for Medical/professional services all for 15 minutes my daughter spent with her.
