Everyone is very friendly and always provides wonderful customer service.
I had an examination and dental wash. The process was thorough. They helped me to check with my previous dentist for X-ray records. Dr. Watson and Dr. Shepherd were very attentive to my situations, questions and comfortness. I had a good experience with NSD.
I like that I’m remembered and I don’t feel like a number even though I’m only there every 6 months. Kathy can never leave because she’s the heart and soul of that place. I don’t feel like anyone is rushing no matter how busy it is. They have all of the new technology but it still has a small time family feel.
