Brad saved the day for us when our furnace went out yesterday!! So so grateful for the same day appointment - 10/10 recommend!
North State Mechanical did an excellent job fixing/replacing my heater. The technician was on time, friendly, and explained everything clearly. The work was done quickly and professionally, and my new system works perfectly. I highly recommend them for any heating repairs or replacements!
Bless these people - seriously. I have American Homeshield warranty and they (Christine especially) were super helpful in navigating what to expect and in general with coordination of replacing our furnace. They were so empathetic and kind - helping us understand what was going on. Thank you!
The technicians were top notch and were able to diagnose the problem quickly, and repair it in short order. Will definitely keep them on speed dial.
Appreciated the prompt response and the service tech was excellent. He showed me how to service the air exchanger and humidifier. Unfortunately for us we need major work on the furnace. We have a home warranty that is not contracted with North State. But overall just a good vibe from everyone we interacted with at North State Mechanical. Definitely recommend
