I have been through three major transactions with Walter Sims over the past 23 years. He was the same every time. Professional, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. He knows the Real Estate market in Hampton Roads and especially Virginia Beach and Chesapeake like no other. Good luck if you are into the pretty agents with the makeover photos and flashy smiles. If you want results that benefit you, either buying or selling, skip all the fluff and go see Walter Sims. It doesn't get any better.

I cannot say enough good things about Walter and his team.
