I don't normally write reviews but after seeing the one review written I need to. I have rented from North Star for 2 years. If I've called them to fix something they have taken care of it. Granted, sometimes the first repair needed a follow-up but thats how it goes sometimes. I haven't had any issues. Their properties are beautiful well taken care of and they leave you alone. I am more than happy with them and will continue to rent feom them.
By far the worst couple to lease from won't fix anything had yo have the city come and make them remove literally 15 raccoons out of the roof that had made a family up there years before I came along took my entire deposit even though I left the house in the same condition it was given to me they removed a storm door and later charged me for it when it was not my responsibility as well as a depend diaper caught in the drain from the previous tenants which were elderly I myself did not know any old people and children were ou... read more
