Great company with great workers. They always find time to fit me in
Northstar installed 2 HVAC systems for us 5 years ago. I recently had an inspection by another vendor and was told that Northstar had installed an improper (too small) drip pan to one unit, and had not connected a duct to the actual HVAC unit. I brought this to the attention of Northstar and they agreed that these were mistakes at installation but because I had just noticed the problems after 5 yrs, they charged me a total of $668 to complete the improper installation work. Squeezed me in for the next day to solve what turned out to be a small problem. Information was passed quickly and thoroughly to the technicians. Tech who came to my house the next day was ready to take care of the issue, and was also able to do my seasonal maintenance. He was professional, nice, and educational!! THANK YOU ALL!
