Had a leakage problem with my tankless water heater and two companies said I would probably need a new heater. I was giving a price of 6500.00 for a new one. A friend of mine knew the owner from North Star and he (Buck) took the time to come out to my home and fix my tankless water heater in 30 minutes. He knew what the problem was right away and charged me practically nothing to fix it. Great company and I will always get my unit serviced by by North Star!
Heater wouldn’t come on
Tyler was a complete professional and address our concerns when our newly installed HVAC compressor failed. He replaced the unit with ease. When our top floor unit flooded due to condensation backup, blocked due to newly poured concrete, Tyler quickly deduced the problem with a smile. A plus all the way! Thank you so very much Tyler!
