I had a really disappointing experience with this HVAC company. They sent a technician to diagnose an issue with my heating in the spring time, and after two hours he still seemed unsure of what the problem was. In the end, he told me he thinks it might be the thermostat, but replacing it would take another hour plus the cost of whatever thermostats they happened to have in stock. On 7/23/2025 North Star Heating and Air Conditioning replaced the air conditioning system at my friend’s Ocean City beach condo. My friend had a prior commitment so he asked me to be there. Lead Tech, Austin Lewis, and his team of Rosnell and Bryce did an awesome job. They were professional, courteous, and respectful.
