Great company! Called about my unit being down and they came out within an hour and got it back and running!!
After hours emergency technician was great. He came promptly and quickly Identified that the thermostat was not sending a signal to the fan. Found and tightened a loose wire in the thermostat. And the unit is working again with no replacement parts needed. Highly recommend!
Chris arrived within the communicated timeframe and went right to work diagnosing the problem. Our issues were resolved relatively quickly and Chris took the time to let us know what the problems were and what he did to fix them.
