Chris did a great job installing my ecobee3 lite thermostats. He worked with me to ensure that they functioned properly with my iPhone.

We highly recommend North Star heating and air conditioning. They diagnosed a damper issue and fixed it by installing new dampers in our split system, They were professional and prompt each step along the way. Chris & Cole were outstanding technicians. Kim in the office and Kristin, parts and service, kept us informed each step of the project. Communication were suberb. Austin & Melvin, the install team, were super polite and extremely capable. The North Star team exceeded our expectations. We could not be happier.
