Scheduled on the phone an appointment in Plano. Someone in their organization changed it to the Frisco location. We show up at the Plano location on 15th Street. They said someone had gone into the system and changed it to Frisco so they are unable to perform the MRI on the scheduled date and time. Why would they change the appointment to Frisco when the patient lives in Plano? Why would they not call and make us aware??? No way to fix. Think we will try Quest or another company!!! No way to contact corp about their screw up... read more
