I've been here to the North Star in Willow Park location several times, and they have always been great; open availability, clean facility, and friendly staff from the front desk to the technicians in the back. But today I have to shout out Allison and Chelsea!! I came in last week for an MRI and I was needing contrast this time. Let me just say, I have terrible veins!! I would give no stars if I could. My Dr first sent me for x rays and that experience was ok, only because the tech. The girls up front, did not seem very competent and more interested in the socializing they had going on. After my Dr. received my results (72 hr) she then wanted me to go for an MRI. It took almost a week of me and my Dr office calling for them to finally call to schedule. Calling 45 minutes before my appointment to tell me the one and only tech they have wont be in today. Extremely unprofessional. Been in unbearable pain for days trying to get in. I dont understand only having one person in.
