Upon calling Josh, he offered to come over very promptly to show us options and do measurements. He provided a quote instantly and was willing to quote different options. We had questions that he was able to respond with via text. Initially the blinds were supposed to take 2 weeks, which was actually 14 business days, which is still faster than most custom blind services but just something to be aware of. If your looking for Window coverings North Star Blinds is great. Such friendly service and very helpful. We are so happy with the finished look in each room. After our first order for five windows were hung we decided to order again. Love the six other windows just as much. It was great we could work together from picking everything out to having you install all the blinds. So happy with your business and would highly recommend it to anyone.
