RecommendedJosh came within an hour of calling him! He was done measuring in less than a half hour told me it would be 4-6w weeks kept me updated on where they were and when they’d come! They came late afternoon and he was there the next day and installed! Anyone that has asked me who I used I recommend him! It was easy painless and they turned out amazing! Extremely affordable also!
This is the first time I have used North Star Blinds. After reading the reviews I thought i would give them a try. I am so happy i did and they are cheaper than JcPenney's!!!!!! My in-laws had used North Star Blinds for their house and were very happy with the results. My in-laws have recenlty moved and of course wanted to go with these guys again. So before moving to their new home in Grand Forks, North Star visited their new home and measured for what they would need. On March 11th my in-laws were told that blinds had been ordered and a check was paid for 2/3 of the cost. The reason for the check being written was because we don’t accept checks and only do online invoices thru Square PayPal etc and swipe cards. Mike couldn’t figure out how to do that and wasn’t comfortable with passing on his card info and in order to prove who we were to his bank it had to be written to me as there would be no way to prove who the owner is if written to my company. Easily the best customer service I have ever received from a business. Every blind in our house (10 in all) has come from North Star, we have a mix of blackout and regular blinds and couldn't be happier with them. Had to have one replaced (lifetime warranty) in which there were no problems and product was immediately replaced. Felt prices were fair and would recommend to anyone.
