I had services done on my expedition. Ford told me over 3k and didn't say anything that it could be something other than the timing chain. I called Jeff Colbert at Northstar Auto Mall and he took the time to hear my issues and mentioned it could be just valve timing solenoids and not the timing chain at all. Turns out it's a common thing with this style motor. He saved me a ton of money by only fixing what was needed, but also got it done in the same day. Northstar Auto Mall is the best! They did a suspension overhaul on my Toyota 4Runner and it drives better than the day I drove it off the dealers lot 10 years ago. I highly recommend having these folks service your vehicle when it needs some love.

I really thank the guys for looking at my car when no one else would except the person who told me to drive it until it breaks. I bought a car from a different dealer and they wouldn't even work with me. I had to go on a long journey with my disabled hubby. My car was making alot of noise. The guys here looked at it and found a lot of things wrong. They even stated that it should have never been sold in that condition.
