It is sad when a property manager lies to you in writing, and you have proof, and they don't care
They will treat you nice in the beginning until they think they have you And if you look around at other reviews online you'll see that this is happening to other people not just to me

I did not want to add this review, but I have no choice. Everything has been fine. I started living here in January 2024 and and when contacting the office, it was usually a good experience.. I opened a work order here at North Star Apartments in Dallas TX, and thought that I was going to be handled as a valued resident. It turned out it has been 14 days now, and this wasp nest is still on my bedroom window, and the property is not doing anything about it.
