Office Rep. was terrible. Elaine at North Springs Surgical provided me the worst experience I have ever had with a medical office! She had no compassion or professionalism. The day of my surgery was I get a call from the hospital at 10:30 wondering where I was, saying i was to be there 2 hours ago. I was then notified that my surgery had been moved up from 2pm to 11am without any notification from North Springs Surgical. I call the office and speak with Elaine who tells me " things happen?" Well, I had an umbilical hernia surgery to fix the opening that occurred from my last pregnancy. The doc fixed the hernia but left me with a mangled belly button and refuses to fix it whatsoever. Note, I had a perfect bellybutton before this surgery. Instead told me that it looks great and that I can get a second opinion if I want to. He was arrogant and flat out told me he’s sorry that I hate it but he’s not going to do anything about it.
