I hate to rate this office so low, but based on my experience the billing center and the payment was difficult and I had experience unprofessionalism. I had a procedure done and when I arrived I wanted to pay half on a HSA card and the other half on another card. The front desk ran both cards but after I got home I realized she charged the whole payment to my credit card. I recently had outpatient surgery here at NSSC. I've been in CS for over 30 years and didn't even know this place was here, but let me tell you, they do a fantastic job. I want to give a special shout-out to my two nurses, Amanda and Joy, for just exceptional care. In a place that could be seen as a human assembly line to some, their compassion, caring and nursing skill came shining through. If you have surgery scheduled here, from the staff, the nurses and the doctors, rest assured you will be in great hands.

Yesterday I was scheduled for surgery at the N. Springs Surgery Center. From the moment I arrived until after surgery, I had nothing but the best care. The nurses that looked after me were Joy, Angela, and Jenna. They were excellent and looked after my needs throughout my surgery. Doctor Sean, Kelly, my surgeon did a phenomenal job. He is fantastic!
