Good staff. Took care of me.
Yesterday I was scheduled for surgery at the N. Springs Surgery Center. From the moment I arrived until after surgery, I had nothing but the best care. The nurses that looked after me were Joy, Angela, and Jenna. They were excellent and looked after my needs throughout my surgery. Doctor Sean, Kelly, my surgeon did a phenomenal job. He is fantastic! This is where I was sent for shoulder surgery..first time I've ever had surgery so I was really nervous..Dr. Simpson did surgery and is amazing..very good at explaining procedures and recovery process..anesthesia and all the nurses were great at explaining everything that was going to happen before and afterwards. They put me out and numbed arm, woke up later and they had finished and everything has gone exceptionally. I don’t usually leave reviews, but my entire experience here was amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The nurses were very gentle and helped calm my nerves. I cannot recommend this facility enough, 10 out of 10.
10+ Stars from Start to Finish I truly know the difference, and that matters. Last year I had a procedure at another center and was treated horribly — lack of knowledge, unclean conditions (including a nurse using the same pair of gloves to scroll on her phone and then touch surgical instruments — BARF), billing issues, and a clear feeling that no one cared.
