This is where I was sent for shoulder surgery..first time I've ever had surgery so I was really nervous..Dr. Simpson did surgery and is amazing..very good at explaining procedures and recovery process..anesthesia and all the nurses were great at explaining everything that was going to happen before and afterwards. They put me out and numbed arm, woke up later and they had finished and everything has gone exceptionally. I don’t usually leave reviews, but my entire experience here was amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The nurses were very gentle and helped calm my nerves. I cannot recommend this facility enough, 10 out of 10.
10+ Stars from Start to Finish I truly know the difference, and that matters. Last year I had a procedure at another center and was treated horribly — lack of knowledge, unclean conditions (including a nurse using the same pair of gloves to scroll on her phone and then touch surgical instruments — BARF), billing issues, and a clear feeling that no one cared. Very professional and compassionate staff that demonstrated their competence throughout the entire surgical experience! I can say enough about our team of staff and how they cared for us like we were their own family!
Final edit: Changed from 1 star to 2, since Thomas has been very attentive to address this, which shows he cares - at least about public perception. In the end, no one has acknowledged this could have been avoided by the Center following their own policies. If Thomas were to respond that they are now adhering to immediate review of patient's intake forms, as they tell patients they are doing (specifically to avoid the type of problem we had) when they send the forms, I would be able to change my review to a 5, or delete it. ... read more
