Amanda has been amazing. She listens and really dives into root causes to help her clients.
So far no luck getting in touch with anyone who will actually answer the phone. It seems all of their prompts lead to voicemail boxes, it’s dang near impossible to actually talk to someone directly…. I’ve called several times, left several voicemails, got 1 call back on Friday 5 minutes before they were closing, so by the time I could call back, they were closed. Makes me uneasy trying to become a new patient when they seem impossible to get ahold of…
I had a few year long relationship with NSP and I would highly recommend their care to anyone dealing with depression. I felt very supported in my TMS treatments and also my Ketamine journeys. Amanda and staff are a really wonderful group of humans.

Without feeling like you're under scrutiny, she keenly observes and is skilled at diagnosis. She is also a pleasure to interact with on a human level.
