Poor customer service
I was a new patient and my experience from front to back was awful. Poor customer service and the dentist was unfriendly.
Had an appointment at 8:30 am on 8 Jan 2015, arrived at 8:25 am there was one other car in the parking lot who was a patient also. Two employees (Receptionist) arrived at 8:27am and rushed to open doors by 8:30 am. I asked how many dentist are employed here and was told one. I then asked why do you have two patients that have 8:30 appointments with only one dentist. I was told there is paperwork to be filled out.
