Until this week my husband and I have had nothing but good things to say about North Spring Dental. We have had nothing but excellent care by all the staff. In the past they have been great about working with my husbands crazy schedule as a truck driver. This week we were rudely informed when he had to cancel an appointment he didn't even know he had, that we would be billed $50. And 2 days later we received the bill. Not real happy now. We hate to change but may be forced to go elsewhere to accommodate his schedule.
I love this practice! I have been coming to Dr. Roof for years and years! Let's just say I was MUCH younger! Haha! Sandy Beedy is my hygienist, again for years! She is the BEST and I'm guaranteed she will always have a smile and we usually share a chuckle, while I'm "visiting"! Best dental practice anywhere! Thank you Dr. Roof and Sandy!!
I have been going to Dr Roof since I moved to the area over 20 years ago and he and Dr Ahmed are so friendly along with the staff. Beth is always so cheerful and happy while she cleans my teeth and they all make you feel comfortable and relaxed. It's nice to always see people smiling at work!
