Wouldn't lower the price for 30 days, and wouldn't finance...I needed the full amount, which I didn't have. He said they didn't take down payments to hold the vehicle for me. Also, he hadn't even checked out the vehicle yet, so he couldn't answer any of my questions. Why advertise it then??
Very nice on phone but left out pertinent information when asked if there was any structural damage to the car I was told no. Asked if he had a carfax report and he said no. Pulled the carfax myself to learn this car was high risk with a salvage title. I would not do business with them, deliberately hid key information, the only plus was the person was pleasant on the phone.
This was one of the easiest purchase of a vehicle. Dealer very accommodating, paperwork kept simple, vehicle was in a minor accident, we were shown pics of damage, repairs excellent, great value for the money!
Quick to respond. Excellent service but car had previous accident history (they were up front about it) so I decided to pass.

Wouldn't provide Carfax, said he had receipts for all the work done. Bought Carfax myself, car had multiple problems, saved myself a trip to Seabrook, NH!
Super nice guys with really clean cars! We looked at dozens of cars from car gurus and this dealership had the best selection - lowest mileage - best detailing
