WELCOME to the North Shore Yacht Club, an all volunteer Sail & Paddle Club located on the shores of Lake Michigan in Highland Park, IL. We're open to all members interested in Sailing, Kayaking, Paddleboarding, Power Boaters, Personal Water Craft and Outriggers with fun social activities. We have open sail and paddle all summer long. NSYC is a hidden gem on the shore of Lake Michigan. I'm a new member this year and intend to be a member from here on out.
Sailing is awesome, and whether you prefer to learn the language of pirating the high seas or the fashion wisdom of Gilligan and the Skipper, then this yacht club is for you...But seriously, this club really is a great group of both serious and non-competitive sailors who are passionate about their incredible sport. I highly recommend this awesome club.
