This surgical center is deplorable. The only courteous and competent employee was Siobhan at the front desk. All the other employees I encountered were very unprofessional. I had to SHOUT "excuse me" five times before I finally got a nurse's attention. The reason: the staff were having what sounded like a college freshman party in the staff area instead of paying attention to patients.
