Dr. McLaughlin did a Rotator Cuff Repair on me Back in November 2017. I could hardly use my shoulder without pain and had to leave work I was at about 40% use. The surgery went fine and the recovery was smooth. The entire recovery I only had minimal pain (only had to use a few pain pills) I am about 98% now and feel great to work again. The Dr's bedside manor was impeccable and his staff Amazing. I would recommend Bob McLaughlin to anyone with a shoulder injury. This office has a negative , black aura. ZERO personality from everyone there. I have never seen such rude behavior in a doctors office in my life. Extremely dissapionted. Don't waste your time and $$$$
My experience at North Shore Shoulder was excellent. After a bad fall skiing and two full thickness tears I went to see Dr. McLaughlin who was highly recommended by a good friend. Surgery was a breeze, 6 weeks in a sling and then 12 weeks of PT. Everything went extremely well and I could not be more satisfied.

The whole experience was top notch and Dr McLaughlin was great and Jerry and but last but not least Jen. Even though there were some hiccups in my insurance. I would 100 percent recommend going there for your shoulder or elbow. You will be very well taken care of. Thank you for everything. ����
Absolutely perfect couldn't have hoped for better results
Had extensive left shoulder repair in December 2010 and the same extensive repair to right shoulder in July 2015. Dr. McLaughlin and his staff are the best! I have referred friends and family to his practice over the years.
