First time homebuyers beware. If you go through these people they'll take your loan from your bank and then if anything happens to the house before you can close on it, they'll sit around and as slow as possible to allow the house to be "move in ready". Make sure you have a place to stay while you wait to move in and hold your stuff. Like so many other businesses they don't care about you at all and your living situation; all they want is your money for inflated house prices.
