Met with Kate online for one session. She said she was not a good fit for me. We made what I understood to be a tentative appt in case her suggestions of other therapists did not work out. I did not receive any email or link regarding the second appt, so wasn’t sure if it was happening. Got charged $75 for missing an appointment I wasn’t sure was happening, which I only learned of from my cc statement. Seems like I should have been notified by her. All around confusing and depressing.
