Bad experiences with dentists had me concerned about going to a periodontist for necessary repairs. From day one of walking into Dr. Joe's office I was treated, spoken to, and handle with kindness and caring from every staff member there. And yes, I call him Dr. Joe. We would chuckle when ever I tried to say his name. He told me just call me Dr. Joe! I needed extensive work. Two teeth pulled. Bone graphing. And two implants. I am going to give the first comment/rating here… it's a bit premature in that I have simply phoned the office to inquire and made a consultation appointment for this week... however, the gal that answered the phone, Rica, was absolutely proffessional as well as being very personable. She answered all my questions; was kind, patient and even funny! So, not only was she extremely friendly she knew what she was doing/talking about.
