I have met two people who work here and the owner and all were as nice as can be. My first storage area had a small water infiltration on the floor which is just a reminder that these are not Fort Knox. You have to expect a first floor cement floor with a garage door to have a potential for it being damp. Place your boxes on shelving or pallets to be safe. Cardboard loves to absorb water.
