My wonderful experience of shopping for my new car. Everyone at this dealership went above and beyond to help me. The general manager Dave to the asst. manager Bill and finally the salesman Pete were delightful from the beginning to the end result. I felt like I was part of the Honda family. Actually on my return visit to have an alarm put in, I brought a homemade banana bread. I would highly recommend North Shore Honda.
Great Experience I have purchased a new Honda Civic, with an assistance from Peter Aber. He was courteous and provided all info I needed to make a decision between two models. When I was ready to pick up the car, peter reviewed the core functionalities with me and helped me to connect my phone. It was a great experience and I will gladly recommend this dealership to others.
Business Manager My son and I purchased a certified used vehicle and I just want to say that working with Rich was a pleasure. He gave my son additional advice on some other issues not pertaining to the car which was very helpful. He returned my calls and emails when I had questions regarding the financing. He was very professional and I cant say enough about Rich and the way he treats his customers. I give him top ratings.
First Honda My husband walked into this dealership for the first time, this past September. We met Daryl and he was extremely courteous and helpful. He spent a lot of time with us and answered all of our questions. He was very patient with us. He never rushed us or put pressure on us to purchase a car from the dealership.
