Had a new furnace and air conditioning system installed in 2012. Did a great job installing! Had few issues in the beginning. They dealt with them. Then it came time for the yearly maintenance. I called and called and called. Never got a response. Then finally got a response. (We are not doing any maintenance or repairs, go somewhere else). So I did! Definitely calling these guys again - they were great! Northshore was the original installers of the natural gas furnace in our home before we bought it, and knew it well. Aaron D. came over to inspect the furnace before replacing parts. He explained to me what the problem was, gave an estimate on site of what to fix (replaced the expansion tank and worn out relief valve), re-explained everything in layman's terms and gave some tips of what to look for if anything goes wrong. I would not hesitate to recommend North Shore to anyone who needs heating or air repairs. Brian took the time to thoroughly check out the furnace, explained to me what was needed, and wrote up a detailed report on the invoice. He had the furnace working on the same day. He is definitely my go-to heating and air guy!
