Had furnace installed by North Shore Heating & Cooling, Duluth, Mn., 3 years ago. Their handout stated they offered "the comfort & security of having someone familiar to turn to when or if you have troubles with your furnace" & "same day service". Our furnace was not working Fri. a.m., therefore called owner, Brian Mellinger, twice that day & he attempted to walk us through fixing it. Didn't work.
