I just signed my lease at North Shore Flats and couldn't be more excited to move in. The building is in an incredible location for people who enjoy sports and a vibrant nightlife. Located across the street from PNC Park and a few minutes walk from Acrisure stadium. The property Manager Derrick was also excellent in giving us a complete tour of all the amenities and apartment options available while answering any questions we had about the building and area in general.
North Shore Flats was easily one the best apartments I toured within the city. The location is perfect! You can walk to Pirates and Steelers games, concerts, restaurants, and the river trails, and the views of the city are hard to beat. Derrick gave the tour, and he was excellent. He was easy to talk to, knew the property and even explained some great spots for food around North Shore. If you’re thinking about living in the city, definitely check out North Shore Flats and ask for Derrick.
I’ve toured a lot of apartments over the years while living in Pittsburgh, and I can honestly say North Shore Flats has become one of the most impressive properties I’ve seen. If you tour here, ask for Derrick. He showed the property off like it was his own home. You could immediately tell how proud he is of the building. He was incredibly personable, thorough, and never made me feel rushed.
