Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Derrick was very informative and made the move easy. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the complex. I would highly recommend North Shore Flats.
Beautiful building, fantastic location. Highly recommend!
North Shore Flats has truly become a great place to call home. Derrick and the management team have created such a welcoming atmosphere for residents. Derrick is always approachable, responsive, and willing to help whenever something comes up. The building is beautiful, the location is unbeatable, and the staff genuinely makes you feel like more than just a resident. I’m really happy to call North Shore Flats home.
I was visiting my girlfriend and had a great experience at North Shore Flats. I really loved the area and the location — there’s so much to do nearby, and we even went to a Steelers game, which was an awesome experience. The gym in the building was great as well and had everything we needed. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit and could definitely see myself living here. Great location, great amenities, and a great experience!
Recently toured these apartments! Cant say anything but positive things about it. From Derrick who showed me around, answered all my questions, and even helped me envision living there, to how clean it is, how positive the environment is, and how just plain awesome it would be to live in that area! Highly recommend!
