Overall, my experience at NSF was positive. The staff were always kind and helpful, and the location was both fun and convenient—especially during sports season. That said, there are a few things worth noting for future residents: Noise: It can get loud at times. I’ve really enjoyed living at Northshore Flats—Kate and the maintenance team are always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. The building is well-maintained and the community is generally great. However, I’m disappointed to have to lower my review from 5 stars to 4 due to a change in policy regarding dogs. When I first moved in, pets were not allowed to relieve themselves on the second-floor terrace area. Now that they can, the space has developed a persistent and unpleasant odor.
