Every single staff member made my son feel comfortable and special during his vision exam and glasses fitting. Dr. Ross was able to diagnose my son's vision issues and provide treatment options for us (and explain it in an easy way to understand). Superior customer service and vast knowledge is a hard combination to find, but Dr. Ross and his staff exceed all expectations!
There is nothing that I do not like about Dr. Ross and his team. They are a joy to go to on all eye issues. They are very thorough and they actually care about your overall well being. My daughter also loves going here. Thank you to North Shore Eye for all you do.

Dr. Ross and his staff are top notch!! I literally just flew into town to visit family and was having a medical eye issue. I found the office thru google reviews. I contacted them and they immediately accommodated me saying to come straight there from airport. We were greeted with THE most kind, caring and medically sound staff I have ever experienced. If I lived here permanently I can assure you this is where I would come!! Thank you for all you did for me... I will be sure to always visit them when we are in town! 😊
North Shore Eye Health and Wellness has a patient for life! I starting going there a couple years ago, when I was experiencing severe headaches and tired eyes from staring at my computer screen all day. Dr. Ross and staff were excellent - I'd never had such a thorough eye exam before! Dr. Ross took images of my eyes, ruling out anything other than eye fatigue, and prescribed me with glasses for the digital eye strain I was experiencing. Just had my first eye exam with Dr. Ross this morning and had an amazing experience. His team was knowledgeable and friendly, making me feel at ease and confident in his recommendations. Prior to today, I was going to Vision Works where they tested my eye sight only. I can't believe I didn't make the switch to NSEHW sooner. We stopped in unannounced last week when my 5yo was complaining that she had something in her eye, and our regular eye doctor wasn't available. Dr. Ross and his staff were so helpful and accommodating - they got us in right away, and took good care of my daughter. Thank you so much for all of your help!
