RecommendedDr. Ross was really great with our 2 year old son. He took the time to make him comfortable and found ways to distract him and complete the eye exam. I’ve never seen my son cooperate for someone so easily! It was an easy visit and great environment for a little kid.
They got me in fast .I am from out of town . Very kind, compassionate and thorough.
Dr. Ross and his staff treat us like family. They always have time to answer questions and my kids love going for their annual visits! Whether it's an emergency late at night, ordering more contacts or fitting all of us with awesome sunglasses for summer, they're always there! I wish all our healthcare providers were this passionate about what they do!
Dr. Ross is an excellent optometrist. Both of my children have gone through a very thorough eye exam with Dr. Ross and he was very compassionate with both of them. The follow up has been amazing and both of my girls are very happy with their new glasses! His staff is wonderful! I would highly recommend North Shore Eye and Wellness!

We had an amazing first experience today with Dr. Ross and the entire staff. Never in a million years would I have guessed my son needed glasses, but the staff did an excellent job with the testing and were very good about explaining why he needed glasses and why his issue was easily missed by school vision testing. The whole staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They made my son feel so comfortable and kept praising him for doing so well with everything.
Dr. Ross and his team do a fabulous job. Highly recommend North Shore Eye Health and Wellness!!
I love how thorough they are, how up on the latest testing and technology, and that they are always educating me. Each time I visit I learn just a little something more I can take with me to help keep my eyes healthy!
