North Shore Electric has done 2 projects at our house. first was installing new in ceiling pot lights with new switches, which Jake and his crew were very thoughtful in lining up the multiple lights and getting everything wired properly. The second was an emergency issue with wiring, which took some investigation to uncover the cause outside of the house. Jake rewired my washer and dryer, fixed electric line the plumber had cut and capped. And installed a new vent to the outside. We had laundry appliances moved from basement to upstairs. Quick, efficient, exactly how we envisioned it done, did work over and above the electrical work, and cleaned up totally before leaving. Reasonable pricing. Personable and extremely friendly. We also got a timely estimate for redoing the box as well. I will call Jake the next time and every time I need an electrician

2 rooms suddenly lost power, and no breakers were popped. Time to call the electrician! 5 hours after they got here the electricity was flowing again, and we had them come back for some installations. 2 circuits pulled from the basement to the attic, 5 ceiling fans installed, and track lighting installed. This was necessary because the house had no overhead lights, and all of this took about 7 hours. Best electrical service calls we have ever had, and we have a list of work for them to do as they can fit us in.

I had an excellent experience with this company today. Within an hour of being contacted by my landlord, I received a call asking when the electrician could stop by. Being after five and a holiday week, I was surprised. He said he would be here within a half hour and he was. The electrician was knowledgeable, quick, and very pleasant in manner. He worked quickly and had everything working perfectly in a short amount of time. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for reliable electrical service.
