My visit today was nothing short of exceptional (and I don’t use that term lightly). Dr Grafmiller was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and professional. After I gave an overview of my symptoms, he provided a thorough explanation of the anatomy of my throat and nasal areas, explained why I’m having the symptoms I have, and explained multiple options based on his exam. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for ENT services.
Had a follow up from a broken nose last year that I was told would be with the doctor. Instead had the PA yank my nose around despite me saying it hurt and felt unhealed, has been bleeding since and haven’t been able to breathe since, and had her say multiple times you should have had an appointment with the doctor as if that’s not what I was there for and am now stuck in worse condition?? Don’t come here at all cost
I would definitely give them zero star if I could. They suck so bad. First of all, it took forever to get the first office visit. On the first day, doctor said my son would need the ear tube surgery and also remove the adenoid. He said he wanted to do another ear test before schduling for surgery but the person who would do that test wasn't there that day so we had to reschedule for another office visit, which took another month or so. Finally we went back for to do the test but the same doctor said my son is not old enough ... read more
